Human Rights Management

mPLUS officially supports the human rights principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (Ruggie Framework), and the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and declares its commitment to faithfully complying with these principles.
We are committed to protecting and promoting the human rights of all stakeholders throughout our business value chain, including not only our employees but also our suppliers, customers, and local communities.

Supply Chain Management Policy

mPLUS is implementing systematic ESG supply chain management to respond to stakeholders’ sustainability requirements and changes in domestic and international supply chain regulations.
To this end, we have established a Supplier Code of Conduct approved by our CEO and are working with our suppliers to implement ESG management practices.
All suppliers doing business with mPLUS must comply with the requirements of the Supplier Code of Conduct and actively cooperate in the process of evaluating their compliance.
